D: »Naziv za elektronske naprave, ki kot samostojne naprave, kot so moduli, ali pa tudi kot sestavni deli kakšne elektronske naprave, spreminjajo zvokovno barvo signala, tako da jo z določanjem frekvenčnega območja ojačujejo ali zmanjšujejo.
