ET: IT concerto = (dobesedno) tekmovanje, iz concertare = (dobesedno) tekmovati, boriti se, iz lat. concertare = enako, iz cum = s in certare = boriti se, spreti se (‹KLU›, 403).

D: Naziv za vrsto izvedbe, večinoma v nekonvencionalnih, nekoncertnih prostorih, vendar tudi na odprtem, v kateri se s štirimi osnovnimi načini doseže gibanje glasbe: a) s premikanjem izvajalcev (solista ali večjih izvajalskih skupin); b) s premikanjem publike; c) s premikanjem izvajalcev in publike; d) z elektroakustičnim prenosom zvoka po prostorih izvedbe. Primeri premičnih koncertov so: Cageevi HPSCHD (1967–1969), A House Full of Music (1982) in Collection of Rocks (1984; praizvedba na MBZ 1985); Stockhausenova Musik für ein Haus (1968; gl. RITZEL 1970); Kupkovičeva Kaskadenmusik (1977); Detonijeve Les belles musiquettes vertes (1979). V nekaterih skladbah, npr. v Versuch für Alle (1969) E. Karkoschke, je s posebno partituro obdelano sodelovanje publike (gl. ‹G›, 201–202).
