D: »(Naziv za) zgodnji elektronski glasbeni instrument, ki ga je v Rusiji okrog leta 1920 razvil L. Teremin. KM: Vglavnini virov se e. ne navaja v pomenu zgornje D, temveč kot sopomenka z elektrofoni kot posebno skupino glasbenih instrumentov (v ‹EN›, 14, in v ‹HI›, 18, se navaja tudi e. v smislu omenjene D; o elektrofonih gl. KR električnih glasbenih instrumentov).

V ‹L›, 38, se navaja kot FR-naziv samo »Théréminovox« (iz neznanih razlogov z velikim T), medtem ko se v ‹LARE›, 517, navaja tudi »aétérophone«.
