GLASBA ZA BRANJE

D: Naziv za vrsto glasbe, katere zapis, kot posebna vrsta verbalne partiture, zahteva primarno bralski pristop in je zato tudi podzvrst prozne glasbe.

KM: Primer glasbe za branje je, kot pravi tudi sam naslov, SCHNEBEL 1969, čeprav se tukaj ne uporabljajo le besede, ampak tudi grafični znaki, vendar se zahteva obravnavanje ­predloge, ki je podobno branju knjige. Bolj natančno o glasbi za branje gl. GLIGO 1987–1988: 75–104, kjer se, poleg SCHNEBEL 1969, analizira še en primer glasbe za branje, tj. JOHNSON 1967.

KR: Pojem je večpomenski, ker se lahko nanaša tudi na konvencionalni notni zapis, ki ga spretni strokovnjak lahko »bere«. V ožjem pomenu, torej glede na različne vrste prozne glasbe, ima ta pojem več smisla. V tem smislu glasba za branje nima za samoumevne (javne) realilzacije (v zvoku) ter je praviloma vsako ukvarjanje z glasbo za branje hkrati tudi primer zasebne glasbe (gl. naslov JOHNSON 1967).

GL: fluxus, glasba na papirju, glasba za oči, improvizacija, neslišna glasba, zasebna glasba, prozna glasba, verbalna partitura, vidna glasba.
